Lifestyle sessions take place in your home. It's the perfect kind of session to switch up your traditional outdoor portrait sessions. These are the kinds of session that snuggles, giggles, and mugs of hot coffee are made of. Go bare feet, brew a cup, get ready to cuddle, read a favorite book, bake cookies, color, and definitely have a tickle fight no matter what! These sessions are up to an hour long, take place in your home, offer you all the best images in color and black and white, professionally edited in the style I am known for, allow you to download your images right from your gallery, and give you a print release. Say yes to snugly winter portraits in the comfort of your own home!

Some ideas that make for really sweet lifestyle portraits:

Baking cookies or decorating cookies or cupcakes
Coloring
Reading books
Whipping of real whipped cream with pretty berries
Brewing coffee and having a dance party in the kitchen
Airplane rides and tickle fights on the bed
Decorating ginger bread houses
Sink baths if you have a babe that can sit up or a smaller toddler

An in home session uses your home as a backdrop. Your home doesn't need to look like if just came from an episode of Fixer Upper and Joanna Gaines styled it, but you home does need to be really tidy, clean, and picked up from all the clutter.

Something to consider to make this a no stress session for you - schedule your session for December or January and use your images to send "Happy New Year" cards instead of Christmas cards! It's 2020 and no rules apply any more!

{Portraits} Moreno Family

Fall is officially here and it’s been fun to see the colors in the trees and outfits transition from Summer to Fall. I love this family’s style and wanted to share an awesome Fall look with you!

I’m really loving this color combo of deep pink/mulberry/burnt sienna mixed with the usual staples of maroon and navy. There is the perfect balance of solids, prints, and textures too. Those sassy little leopard print shoes have my heart!
